• To confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required. The final balance is required upon arrival.

• Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 will be requested, which will be returned on the day of departure, after having verified the absence of damage.

• The price does not include the tourist tax (€1.00 per person per day up to 10 days, excluding children under 14) to be paid in cash upon arrival.

 

Booking cancellation:

for cancellations up to 21 days before the arrival date we will retain the deposit; for cancellations communicated 20 days in advance, 80% of the cost will be required. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be required.
